EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION

Tri-County Community Action Partnership (TCCAP) provides Head Start: Prenatal to Five early childhood development and education programs at no cost to participants. These programs offer prenatal, infant, toddler, and preschool early childhood education services to qualifying families in Crow Wing, Morrison, and Todd counties.

Early Head Start

Early Head Start serves pregnant women, infants, and toddlers to age 3.

Early Head Start – Child Care Partnerships

Early Head Start – Child Care Partnerships serve children from birth to age three in partnership with either a licensed family child care home or a licensed child care center services provider.

Head Start

The Head Start program serves preschool-age children ages 3 to 5 years old.

Early Childhood Education Calendar

EHS, CCP and Home-Based services are year-round. Head Start is September through May. Note the days closed for Workdays, Trainings, or Holidays
