Tri-County Community Action Partnership (TCCAP) is a nonprofit community action agency serving low-income residents of Crow Wing, Morrison, and Todd counties. TCCAP operates Head Start: Prenatal to Five early childhood education programs and many other essential, safety net programs to aid and support impoverished local families..

Tri-County Action Program, Inc. has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking applications from qualified mechanical and residential general contractors who meet the qualifications for placement on the TCCAP Weatherization Contract register. Contractors determined to be qualified and who accept services agreements will be placed on the register and be eligible to bid and compete for projects to provide Weatherization Services to Income Eligible Households in Crow Wing, Morrison, and Todd counties.
