BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Members of the Tri-County Community Action Partnership, Inc. (TCCAP)
Board of Directors are responsible for the general legal and fiscal oversight of TCCAP sponsored programs in accordance with program funding standards and consistent with: approved program plans and budgets; approved TCCAP policies and procedures; all applicable federal, state, and local regulations; and, sound legal/fiscal management practices.

TCCAP's Board of Directors is composed of:

· One-Third elected ``Public Officials`` or Representatives
· One-Third selected Representatives of the ``Low-Income Sector``
from the MN counties: Crow Wing, Morrison and Todd
· One-Third selected Representatives of the ``Private Sector``
from the MN counties: Crow Wing, Morrison and Todd

The Board typically meets bi-monthly on the Third Thursday 5:30pm CT

Mileage reimbursement, stipends and childcare reimbursement are available to Board members who meet the consumer representative criteria
