Tri-County Community Action Partnership (TCCAP) can help income-qualifying applicants weatherize and repair aging homes to lower utility costs, improve livability, and maximize safety for residents.

Contractor's Needed - RFP's
Tri-County Action Program, Inc. has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking applications from qualified mechanical and residential general contractors who meet the qualifications for placement on the TCCAP Weatherization Contract register. Contractors determined to be qualified and who accept services agreements will be placed on the register and be eligible to bid and compete for projects to provide Weatherization Services to Income Eligible Households in Crow Wing, Morrison, and Todd counties.
