AmeriCorps* Early Literacy Corps is recruiting members to
serve either full-time or part-time for one year
with Early Literacy Corps in Tri-County Community
Action Head Start classrooms, working with young
children to help improve their early literacy skills.
Full-time members will earn a living allowance of
$860/month; part-time will earn $430/month. Members will
also receive an education award to pay off existing
student loans or to pay for tuition. Full-time members
receive and education award of $4,725; part-time receive
$2,362.
